The two, a Nigerian and a Beninois, are suspected to be part of a gang which has been terrorising residents of the area in recent times including, the latest robbery which occurred Tuesday evening.
Confirming the arrest to Starr News, Supt. Godfrey Adjirakor of the Kpando police command said the alleged robbers fled the crime scene before the police arrived there but were later arrested at a hotel after a tip-off.
He also confirmed that one driver was injured in the latest attack but has since been treated and discharged from the hospital.
